Methods of Payment

Please note that registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or Bank Draft

First, download and complete your REGISTRATION and FEES DUE FORMS

Indicate on the form if paying by Bank Transfer or Bank Draft.

If by Bank Transfer, email or fax the REGISTRATION FORM and FEES DUE FORM together with transaction details of the Bank transfer.

If by Bank Draft , send by registered mail the REGISTRATION FORM and FEES DUE FORM together with DRAFT to the address as on the REGISTRATION FORM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund requests are at the discretion of the committee.

Visa Requirements

Some of you require a Visa to enter the country. You are solely responsible for obtaining the Visa prior to departing your country.
